Lady Roadrunners Take Over Top Spot In WGCA Coaches Poll

FRISCO, Texas – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the fourth and final poll of the Spring 2026 season.
 
At the NAIA level, Dalton State (Ga.) received nine first-place votes and moved to the top of the poll, with a win at the 2026 SSAC Women's Golf Championship. Keiser (Fla.) received one first-place vote and sits at No. 2, after two runner-up finishes at the Music City Classic and the Sun Conference Championship. SCAD Savannah (Ga.) climbs into the No. 3 spot, following a win at the Sun Conference Championship.

The Women's Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women's collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 750 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
