RECAP
ROUND 1
The tournament began yesterday after a morning delay with Whaley wasting no time making his mark on the championship, recording birdies on six of his first eight holes. He ended Tuesday left with a 3-foot putt for birdie on No. 4.

He drained the putt as his first shot on the course this morning and capped off his front nine with a brilliant eagle on the par-five ninth, posting a sizzling 30 (-5) on the outward nine. His momentum continued on the back nine as he added four more birdies, finishing with a 31 (-5), securing his record-breaking round of 61 (-10).

Beyond Whaley's stellar performance, the Roadrunners saw solid contributions across the board. Tyler Latimer carded a steady 72 (+1), while Barrett Loftis posted a 75 (+4). Joe Getley added a 76 (+5), and Ben McFadden wrapped up the lineup with an 81 (+10).

ROUND 2
Leading the charge, Jack Whaley maintained his position atop the leaderboard, carding a 72 (+1) in the second round to bring his tournament total to -9. Though his round saw a few challenges, Whaley's strong play on the front nine kept him in prime position heading into the final round.

Tyler Latimer delivered an impressive 70 (-1), moving up 12 spots into a tie for 16th. Latimer demonstrated consistent accuracy throughout his round, closing with a 34 (-1) on the back nine to keep Dalton State firmly in contention.

Barrett Loftis posted a 72 (+1) to climb seven places, securing a tie for 56th. His steady play across the course showed composure under shifting conditions, keeping Dalton State's depth strong.

Ben McFadden fought through the round with a 76 (+5), improving nine places to sit tied for 134th. His resilience allowed him to navigate challenges and maintain a competitive stance for the team.

Meanwhile, Joe Getley encountered a tough day, carding an 82 (+11), which led to a drop of 52 spots to T-140. Despite the struggles, Getley remaines determined, and looks to rebound in the final round.

ROUND 3
The highlight of the championship belonged to Jack Whaley, who captured the individual national title with a stellar 8-under-par 205 (61-72-72) across three rounds. Whaley's opening-round 61 set an NAIA record, and his steady play over the final two rounds secured his place atop the leaderboard. He closed out the tournament with a 1-over 72, maintaining his lead over runner-up Rodolphe Cicala (Faulkner), who finished at 5-under 208.

Dalton State's Tyler Latimer also delivered a solid performance, finishing tied for 15th at +3 after carding a final-round 74. Barrett Loftis (+11), Ben McFadden (+19), and Joe Getley (+26) rounded out the Roadrunners' lineup, contributing to the team's top-five finish.
