KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The University of British Columbia claimed 14 first-place votes and remained atop the NAIA Women's Golf Coaches Top 25, as the fifth rating of the 2024-25 season marked the third-consecutive that the Thunderbirds are No. 1.
 
The top four remained unchanged – Keiser (Fla.), SCAD Savannah (Ga.), and Dalton State (Ga.) – while Texas Wesleyan and Oklahoma City, at No. 5 and No. 6, both climbed two spots.
Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) and Marian (Ind.), who were in a fifth-place tie two weeks ago, are No. 7 and No. 8, and SCAD Atlanta (Ga.), remained No. 9. Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) is new to the top 10, this week, at No. 10. Only one team entered the Top 25, this week, as Rocky Mountain (Mont.) appeared at No. 24.
 
The next edition of the rating is the final edition for the 2024-25 season, scheduled for release on Friday, May 2.
 
By The Numbers
This is the 73^rd NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll to be released since the women's golf program has been eligible for national rankings. Of the 73, Dalton State has been ranked in all 73 polls. They have been ranked inside the top-15 in all 73 polls, in the top-10 68 times, and in the top-5 57 times. The highest ranking the Lady Roadrunners have achieved in program history is #1 on two occasions with the most recent occurring on the May 13, 2021 poll.
 
Rating Methodology

• The rating was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences, and each conference is represented by one rater. 
• The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each rater ranks teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place and so on through the list. 
• The highest and lowest ranking for each team (a non-rating is considered a low rating) is removed, and the team's ranking will be recalculated with an additional point added to each team for every ballot (including discounted ballots) that the team appears on. 
• Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered receiving votes.
