#2 Roadrunners Fall On The Road To Mobile


MOBILE, Ala. – #2-ranked Dalton State suffered their first loss of the season as #11 Mobile (Ala.) protected The Jungle coming away with a 1-0 win over the Roadrunners in SSAC action in Mobile, Ala. on Thursday night.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF
  • (1-0 UM) UM: After a foul in the box, Sebastian Jorgge stepped up and went bottom right with a PK as Michael Barrueta went opposite for a 1-0 Mobile lead in the 20'.
SECOND HALF

THE REST OF THE STORY
#2 Dalton State (Ga.) falls to (7-1-3 overall, 4-1-1 SSAC) with their first loss of the season, while #11 Mobile (Ala.) improves to (7-2-2 overall, 6-0-1 SSAC) with the win. A true defensive test, the match only provided 14 total shots with Mobile taking the edge at 8-6 overall and 4-3 on frame.
