#15 Roadrunners Play To A Scoreless Draw With Williams Baptist


DALTON, Ga. – #15 Dalton State received a stiff test from Williams Baptist and looked to have a score on the board but had it called off due to offsides and settled for a 0-0 draw with the visiting Eagles in non-conference soccer action at Dalton Stadium in Dalton in Monday afternoon.

#15 Dalton State (Ga.) goes to (3-0-2 overall), while Williams Baptist sits at (3-0-1 overall) with the tie. DS looked to have scored a goal during the match but offsides was called and negated the point. The Roadrunners outshot the Eagles 12-6 overall and 6-1 on frame.

UP NEXT
#15-ranked Dalton State will get some much needed rest time before they hit the pitch again on Sunday, September 11 when they take on Northwest (Wash.). Kickoff is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
