Roadrunners Break Losing Streak With Win Over Middle Georgia


DALTON, Ga. – The Roadrunners stopped their three-game losing streak and avenged a loss earlier this week with a 64-62 win over Middle Georgia in SSAC play at Mashburn Arena in Dalton on Thursday.
 
Three players scored in double-figures for Dalton State led by Rodley Adjei with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. Jaelin Ferrell had 12 points including the game winning three-pointer with 26 seconds on the clock. Donavan Miller had 10 points and 4 dimes while Antares Gwyn pulled down 11 rebounds.
 
Tristan Harper once again led Middle Georgia with 23 points and 5 rebounds. Maliek Sadler had a solid double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Knights.
 
Dalton State will end the regular season on Saturday, February 19 when they take on Brewton-Parker (Ga.) on Senior Day. Tip-Off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Mashburn Arena.
