Vradenburgh Continues To Rack Up POW Honors

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Preston Webb of Mobile (Ala.) was named SSAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week and Kathryn Vradenburgh of Dalton State (Ga.) was named SSAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday. The awards are based on performance for the week of Oct. 11-17.

Preston Webb (Mobile – SO – Hendersonville, Tenn.)

Webb clocked in at 27:54 in the 8K FSU Invitational in a field loaded with NCAA teams
He produced a per mile pace of 5:36.7

Kathryn Vradenburgh (Dalton State – JR – Chattanooga, Tenn.)

Vradenburgh won the Berry Invitational, beating out 135 runners in the 6K meet
She clocked in at 23:04.5
