MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Dalton State's Kylie Gray has been selected to the 2025 SSAC Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team, the league announced. Gray is one of just three student-athletes on the list carrying a 4.0 GPA, underscoring her elite standing in the classroom as well as in competition. Everyone named to the team finished in the top-13 at the SSAC Championship to earn All-Conference honors. The Scholar-Athlete of the Year was awarded to William Carey's Kristina Stojanovic.

Beyond her academic excellence, Gray delivered a strong fall on the trails. She logged a season-best 5K of 19:10 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge and a season-best 6K of 23:27, a mark she hit at both the SSAC Championship and the UAH Charger Invitational. Her top finish of the season was 4th at the Mountainside Stride, and she also placed 43rd at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
