Lady Roadrunners Fall To Coastal Georgia

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Dalton State volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Coastal Georgia in their second game of pool play in the SSAC Volleyball Championships at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex in Montgomery, AL on Friday.

Offensively, the Roadrunners were led by Anna Metzler with 9 kills and 5 digs. Ryan Burke contributed heavily to the DS attack with 5 kills, while Grace Hardin added 4 kills.

Brooke Thomas (12) and Clarissa Weber (10) combined for 22 assist running the Roadrunner offense. Defensively, senior Karly Newman had 16 digs.

The Lady Roadrunners will play again today at 4:00 p.m. against Loyola (La.) at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex in Montgomery, AL.
