Roadrunners Back On The Court Tonight

DALTON, Ga. - The Dalton State volleyball team (5-12, 4-6 SSAC) will be back in action tonight, October 12 when they meet Southern States Athletic Conference foe Faulkner University at 7:00 p.m. in Bandy Gymnasium.

The Roadrunners are looking to bounce back after losing two straight, while the visiting Eagles have won 5 of their last 6 matches.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Faulkner enters the match 11-11 overall, 7-3 in the SSAC and sit 4th in the conference standings. The Eagles are led on offense by Alysa Klassen. The Senior from Scottsdale, AZ averages 2.17 kills and 1.1 blocks per set. Sophomore Katie Musser organizes the offense for the Eagles. Her 7.18 assist per set are good for 6th in the conference. Defensively, Faulkner is led by Freshman Julianne Wilkes. She leads the SSAC with 5 digs/set.
