The Dalton State Basketball Roadrunners (8-1, 2-1) return to action on Tuesday (Dec. 16) when they visit McGilvray Gym on the campus of Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga to take on the (4-6) Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. EST. Tennessee Temple is a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association's Mid-East Conference.

The Roadrunners had some time off to concentrate on the important business of final examinations for fall semester.The next home action will follow on Friday and Saturday, December 19th and 20th, when they entertain Concorcia of Selma, Al.; the University of the Cumberlands from Williamsburgh, Ky. and Cumberland University from Lebanon, Tn. 

Dalton State will not play Concordia in the Roadrunner Booster Club Holiday Classic. The Hornets are a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.

The two Cumberlands are members of the NAIA Mid-East Conference. The University of the Cumberlands was tied for 25th in the NAIA Pre-Season Poll but dropped out of the top 25 in the first regular season voting. They will go into Friday night action with an overall 10-4 record. Cumberland University is 5-5 going into a Wednesday night contest at Martin Methodist.

Friday, December 19 - 6:00 p.m. - Concordia and the University of the Cumberlands
Friday, December 19 - 8:00 p.m. - Dalton State and Cumberland University
Saturday, December 20 - 2:00 p.m. - Concordia and Cumberland University
Saturday, December 20 - 4:00 p.m. - Dalton State and University of the Cumberlands

Dalton State season ticket holders will be able to get into all games with your ticket, but the first game each day will be general admission seating. When the Roadrunners play, the regular season tickets will be recognized and anyone from the previous game who wishes to stay will be able to do so but will be required to move to general admission.
