Biography
Savannah Nelson is a 6' Middle Blocker who finished the 2015 season by playing in all 30 matches and the most games (114) of anybody on the Dalton State team.
Nelson holds the team record for kills (636). Her 0.273 attack percentage led the team her junior year. She finished in the top 25 in the SSAC in kills per game (1.82), blocks per game (0.59) and total blocks (67). Â
In 2014, Savannah had 218 kills and 41 digs for the Roadrunners.
She is a 2013 graduate of Red Bank High School in Red Bank, TN. where she had 590 blocks and 97 kills in 2013. She has played on a club team since sixth grade and played all four years of high school
She was MVP of Tennessee Region 6-AA. Savannah is the daughter of Crickett and Rob Nelson. She has one brother, Brad.
