Dalton State College Athletics

Chelsea Powell came to the states from Nassau, Bahamas. She attended Tyler Junior College in Texas, where she graduated with an Associates Degree. She is a junior at Dalton State. Powell is majoring in Management and hopes to be a sports manager and marketing agent for professional tennis and/or football players after she graduates from college.

Chelsea says she came to Dalton State,"to complete my education. I feel as though attending Dalton State will give me better job opportunities. Playing tennis here is the main reason why I am here. I look forward to making history for this school and setting high standards for those who follow in the near future."

When Chelsea is not on the tennis court, she enjoys eating cheeseburgers, listening to Beenie Man and Elephantman, swimming on the beach, and watching movies.
