PATH TO DALTON STATE
Duero played his first two seasons at Florida College under Coach Alsafeer. While at FC, he helped the Falcons to a 24-3-4 record before transferring to Dalton State.

TIME WITH THE ROADRUNNERS
After a redshirt season in 2019, Duero hit the pitch and helped ancor a backline that held their opponents scoreless on 18 occasions over two seasons, racking up a 25-7-2 record.

Since he became an assistant coach, Duero has helped the Birds and Lady Birds to winning season with the men rising to #1 in the country in during the regular season in 2022, and 2023. The men have also qualified for four-straight NAIA Tournaments, reaching the Round of 8 on two occasions.

The women have qualified for the SSAC Tournament twice, while having multiple all-conference and all-academic recognitions.
