Dalton State Dominates Second Half to Defeat Point 6-1 On The Road

WEST POINT, Ga. — #1 Dalton State delivered an explosive second-half performance to secure a commanding 6-1 victory over Point (Ga.) on Saturday afternoon in West Point. After entering halftime tied 1-1, the Roadrunners erupted for five unanswered goals to remain unbeaten on the season.

FIRST HALF
The opening 45 minutes were a tightly contested battle. Dalton State struck first in the 34th minute when Sergej Misic found the back of the net unassisted. Both teams traded chances, but strong goalkeeping kept the match even heading into the break.
