DALTON, Ga. — Dalton State fans have a new way to stay connected to Roadrunner athletics: soccer matches and basketball games will now be televised free of charge on the Urban Edge Network (UEN), offering high-quality coverage to audiences nationwide.
 
This exciting development is part of a broader partnership between UEN and the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC), which named UEN its official streaming partner earlier this summer. The collaboration ensures free access to SSAC championship broadcasts while expanding visibility for member institutions like Dalton State.
 
"I'm excited for us as a conference and as an institution with the partnership with Urban Edge Network," said Ben Rickett, Dalton State Interim Athletic Director. "It gives our fans and families from near and far the opportunity to watch our soccer matches and basketball games for free from anywhere in the world. This is a great step forward for us, and I'm extremely hopeful our fanbase takes advantage of this."
 
Urban Edge Network, a 24-hour streaming platform known for its dedication to inclusivity and innovation, has already made waves across the NAIA landscape. Its coverage of national championships has drawn millions of viewers, and its expansion into SSAC territory promises to bring Dalton State's standout programs into the spotlight.

Dalton State's men's and women's soccer teams, fresh off season-opening wins, are among the programs benefiting from this expanded reach. Basketball fans can also look forward to full-season coverage, including marquee matchups and SSAC tournament play — all available at no cost.
