YPSILANTI, Mich. – Dalton State put together a steady opening round at the 2025 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship, navigating the challenges of Eagle Crest Golf Course with a mix of solid individual performances. As a team, the Lady Roadrunners posted a score of 315 (+27).

ROUND 1
Leading the way for the Roadrunners, Ella Ahlqvist posted a team-best 75 (+3), bouncing back from a 39 on the front nine to finish strong with a 36 on the back. Sara Burger followed with a 79 (+7), showing early consistency with a 38 on the front before carding a 41 coming home.
 
Tylah James delivered a round of 80 (+8), overcoming a tough start on the front nine (43) to find rhythm on the back with a 37. Jia Kataria kept things steady with an 81 (+9), showing balance between her 42 on the front and 39 on the back. Hanna Bullard rounded out the team with a 92 (+20), fighting through a 44 on the outward nine before finishing at 48 coming in.
