RECAP
FIRST HALF
Georgia Gwinnett opened with an 8–0 burst capped by a Drew Kramer three, prompting an early Dalton State timeout at 17:53. Briggs answered out of the break with a triple, and McDaniel's three trimmed the margin to 12–11 at 14:36.

The Grizzlies responded with perimeter shooting and transition offense; Jahiem Berry buried two threes and Devontre Chaney added nine first-half points as the lead grew.
Georgia Gwinnett closed the half up 54–31, shooting 65.6% (8–14 from three), while Dalton State went 39.4% from the floor with five made threes and 10 first-half turnovers.

SECOND HALF
Kramer opened the second half with a quick five points (a three and a layup) to push the margin to 59–31. Dalton State countered with interior scores from Varun Danak and Yuvraj Bimwal, while Beatty provided a lift with eight second-half points, but Georgia Gwinnett continued to finish at the rim and in transition.

Manny Montgomery and Amari Morgan combined for multiple run-out buckets, and the hosts' advantage reached a game-high 37 with 12:55 remaining. Briggs punctuated a late stretch with a dunk at 4:50, and McDaniel drilled a three inside the final minute, but the deficit proved too large as Georgia Gwinnett closed out the 103–73 win.
