Late Foul Call Cost Roadrunners Victory At Blue Mountain (Miss.)

BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. - Dalton State led by two points in the final second but a final heave for three from Blue Mountain drew a foul from the officials and as the Toppers hit all three free throws to defeat DS 63-62 in SSAC action at Tyler Gymnasium in Blue Mountain, Miss. on Thursday night.

Rodley Adjei led the Birds with 13 points and 4 steals. Igor Stokic had 12 points and pulled down 8 balls off the glass, while Donavan Miller added 11 and 6 rebounds.

Ty Jones led all scorers with a season-high 28 points for Blue Mountain. He also added 7 rebounds. Exavian Young was the only other Topper in double-digits with 16 points.

Dalton State will be back at home on Saturday, February 5 when they host Stillman (Ala.) on Homecoming. Tip-Off at Mashburn Arena is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
