Men's Soccer Will Kickoff Season Today Against North Greenville
DALTON, Ga. - The Dalton State Men's Soccer team will kickoff their season today when they take the pitch against North Greenville (S.C.) at Lakeshore Park. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

The Roadrunners have looked good in recent scrimmages and will look to start the season out right with a win. Junior Isael Gutierrez and sophomore forward
Santiago Moore were selected by the team as captains and will be heavily relied on. Dalton State welcomes back 16 players from last years SSAC Runner-Up squad and want to finish this season off with a championship. They will get that start today against a team they defeated in a spring scrimmage a few months ago.
NORTH GREENVILLE
The Crusaders were 1-10-1 overall last season. They played better away from home collecting their only win and tie. They will have to do better job of scoring goals this season as they scored only eight in 12 games. They had chances with 50 shots on goal, but couldn't not find the back of the net. Will this be a different North Greenville squad this season? We will find out today.
