Cochran, Ga. – The Dalton State tennis teams split their matches at the Abbott Tennis Courts on the campus of Middle Georgia State.
The No. 8 Dalton State men cruised past No. 24 Middle Georgia State, 9-0 while the No. 12 Middle Georgia State women shutout the Roadrunners, also 9-0.
"9-0… what else is there really to say?" That is how Dalton State Men's Coach Zack Rogers began summing up the victory. "Today was possibly the most complete match we have played all season. The guys know what is on the line this week and they came out and played like a team worthy of competing at the national championship level. Top to bottom, we were solid and I couldn't be happier with the outcome."    Â
