Jordan Bowling needed just one more assist Saturday to earn a hard to achieve triple-double as the Dalton State basketball Roadrunners (16-10, 8-7 SSAC) defeated Brewton-Parker Saturday, 80-68.

Bowling had 12 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists.
Jalen Robinson had a game-high 27 points to go along with seven rebounds.
Marcel Hawkins added 11 points and five rebounds.

Roadrunner Coach Tony Ingle was thrilled with the team's performance. "Regardless of the type of defense Brewton-Parker played, we responded consistently throughout the game and had a great inside outside strategy," said Ingle. "Our guards got the ball inside to Marcel, Jordan and Jalen and the way they responded was beautiful to watch. Marcel was 5/5 from the field."

Dalton State returns home to Mashburn Arena Thursday night to host Faulkner University at 7:30 p.m. Faulkner knocked-off Auburn-Montgomery Saturday, 79-76. Brewton-Parker (7-17, 3-12 SSAC) will host College of Coastal Georgia on Saturday, Feb. 20
th, at 4:00 p.m.
