Lady Roadrunners Topple Martin Methodist, Bethel
 
Dalton State's women had a good day Friday at Lakeshore Park Tennis Center, beating Martin Methodist in the morning and Bethel University in the afternoon to take their final two SSAC tennis matches of the regular season.
 
The Lady Roadrunners edged the Lady Warhawks in the SSAC Roundup on Friday morning, 5-4.
 
Doubles:

1. Gema Bolado Yusta and Brenda Rique (MM) defeated Laura Winter and Chelsea Powell (DS), 8-6
2. Lucie Lovinfosse and Maria Alejandra Bejarano (DS) defeated Brenda Ryjal and Laura Ariza (MM), 8-3
3. Daniela Sanchez and Diana Narino (DS) won by default

Singles:

1. Yusta (MM) defeated Winter (DS), 6-0, 3-6, 1-0
2. Victoria Ryjal (MM) defeated Powell (DS), 6-4, 4-6, 1-0
3. Rique (MM) defeated Narino (DS), 7-5, 6-1
4. Sanchex (DS) defeated Ashlee Elkins (MM), 6-0, 6-2
