2022-23 (Senior): Dalton State
Won the Gary Wilson Invitational with a time of 18:42...Qualified for the NAIA Cross Country Championships where she placed 60th with a time of 18:29...Repeated as indoor Distance Medley Relay champion...Won third straight 1500M outdoor track & field conference championship...Qualified for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 1000M.
2021-22 (Junior): Dalton State
Started the season off with two wins in her first three events while also lowering her PR to 18:03 in the 5K...Had two 5K and one 6K event wins...Won 2021 SSAC Cross Country Championship as the Lady Roadrunner won their third straight SSAC crown...SSAC Indoor Champion in the Mile Run and 1000M...Won the 1500M outdoor SSAC Championship...Was part of indoor conference champion Distance Medley Relay team.
2020-21 (Sophomore): Dalton State
A nagging injury led to her beginning the season in the second event where she finished 3rd...Finished 7th in Louisville before taking the overall victory in Carrollton in the Gary Wilson Invitational...Ran fastest time of the Fall at the NAIA Southern States Challenge before finishing 3rd in the SSAC Championship...Had a personal best of 18:16 and finished 19th at the 2020 NAIA Championships which awarded her All-American status...Claimed the 2021 1500M crown at the SSAC Championship with a conference record time of 4:49... Part of 2021 3rd team All-Conference 4x800M relay team.
2019-20 (Freshman): Dalton State
Had two individual victories in four events with five SSAC Runner of the Week honors...Set collegiate best in the 4K at the UTC Twilight Classic on 9/13 with a 14:39 and in the 5K at the Sand Shark Invitational on 10/19 with an 18:17...She placed 2nd at the SSAC Cross Country Championship and was part of the school record Distance Medley Relay team during Track & Field season.
