Had a season-best 5K time of 19:15 at Nooga at Night, where she finished 14th overall...Ran sub-20-minute times in multiple cross country events and posted a collegiate-best 6K of 24:38 at the FireHawk Invitational, also earning an 8th-place finish at the Mountainside Stride...Hit career-high marks in the 4x400M Relay, 1500M outdoor (5:42), and 3000M Steeplechase (12:40) during the track and field season.
2023-24 (Freshman): Dalton State
Had a season-best 5K time of 21:29 at the UTC Invitational and finished sixth at the Point Invitational...Posted a collegiate-best 6K of 26:17 at the Mountainside Stride...Hit career-high marks in the 4x400M Relay (4:42), 800M (2:40), and 3000M Steeplechase (13:08) during the track and field season, also contributing to relay teams in the 4x100M and 4x800M events.
