2024-25 (Senior): Dalton State
Had a season-best 5K time of 19:06 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge and finished 11th at the Trevecca Opener...Ran sub-20-minute times in multiple cross country events and posted a collegiate-best 6K of 23:06 at the SSAC Championship, also earning first place at the Mountainside Stride...Individual NAIA National Championship Qualifier...Did not compete in track & field.
2023-24 (Junior): Dalton State
Posted a season-best 5K time of 19:45 at the UTC Invitational and earned a first-place finish at the Point Invitational...Ran a collegiate-best 6K of 23:12 at the FireHawk Invitational and claimed first place at the Mountainside Stride...On the track, set career-best marks in the 1500M (5:29) at the Lee Invitational, 5000M (19:24.81) at the UWG Legends Track Meet, and 10,000M (40:01) at the Lee Invitational...Also recorded top performances in the 800M (2:41.51) and contributed to relay teams with a best time of 4:42.27 in the 4x400M at the SSAC Championship...Individual NAIA National Championship Qualifier.
2022-23 (Sophomore): Dalton State
Had a season-best time of 19:42 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge...Ran sub 20 minute times in four cross country events...Ran collegiate-best 6K of 24:26 at the Berry Invitational...Hit career-high marks in the 4x400M Relay, 1500M outdoor and 5000M outdoor events in track & field.
2021-22 (Freshman): Dalton State
Ran 20:47 and finished 3rd on the team in her first race...Had a PR of 19:46 in just her second event, the UNG Cross Country Invitational...Ran 19.40 at the SSAC Championships to finish 10th and help the Lady Roadrunners lock up their third straight cross country championship...Helped the 4x800M Relay team place 2nd at the SSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
