Personal:
Katie Mercer is a 2017 graduate of Westside High School in Augusta, Ga. She is a Criminal Justice major with hopes of being successful in whatever field she goes into.
Her greatest childhood memory is attending The Masters Tournament. She has many different nicknames. In school she was called "Stelts" after her favorite teacher because she was her pet. Her father calls her "Katiebug" and Teresa calls her "Porkchop".
Hightlights:
She was named MVP at Westside, as well as Best Striker. She received the award for Most Athletic her senior year at Westside. Katie score 4 goals and had 1 assist in the 1st half of the state playoffs.
