2025-26 (Senior): Dalton State
Clocked a season-best 5K of 20:26 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge… Ran a season-best 6K of 25:07 at the SSAC Championship… Registered best finishes of 105th in the 5K at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge and 22nd in the 6K at the SSAC Championship...On the track, recorded top times in the 1500M (5:26.70), 3000M (11:45.29), 5000M (19:29.95), and 10000M (41:32.59) during the outdoor season.
2024-25 (Junior): Dalton State
Had a season-best 5K time of 19:20 at Nooga at Night, where she finished 15th overall...Ran sub-20-minute times in multiple cross country events and posted a collegiate-best 6K of 25:05 at the SSAC Championship, also earning a 14th-place finish at the Mountainside Stride...On the track, hit a career-high mark in the 1500M (5:36), and season-high marks in the 5000M (19:54), and 3000M (12:05), while also competing in the 10,000M (43:35).
2023-24 (Sophomore): Dalton State
Had a season-best 5K time of 20:32 at the UTC Invitational and finished fifth at the Point Invitational...Ran a collegiate-best 6K of 24:40 at the Mountainside Stride...Hit career-high marks in the 1500M (5:42), and 5000M (19:17) during the track and field season, also posting strong performances in the 800M and 10,000M events.
2022-23 (Freshman): Dalton State
Ran 5th on the team in her first collegiate tournament with a time of 21:47...Lowered her PR in consecutive events to end the season with a best of 21:06...Took part in 8 events during the track season with competitive times in each.
