Had a season-best 5K time of 19:27 at the Trevecca Opener and finished 16th at Nooga at Night...Ran sub-20-minute times in multiple cross country events and posted a season-best 6K of 24:59 at the SSAC Championship, also earning an 18th-place finish at the Mountainside Stride...On the track, hit career-high mark in the 4x800M Relay (10:23), season-high marks in the1500M outdoor (5:36), and 800M outdoor (2:50), while also competing in the 400M during the season.
2023-24 (Freshman): Dalton State
Had a season-best 5K time of 20:01 at the UTC Invitational and finished third at the Point Invitational...Ran a collegiate-best 6K of 23:32 at the SSAC Championship and placed third at the Mountainside Stride...Hit career-high marks in the 4x400M Relay (4:42), 1500M outdoor (5:16), and 5000M outdoor (19:44) during the track and field season, also contributing to relay teams in the 4x100M and 4x800M events.
