Biography
Nayeli is a 2013 honor graduate of Murray County High. During her senior season at MC, she was the Lady Indian's soccer MVP and cross country most valuable runner. She also held the XC honor for her sophomore and junior years. Â
She is one of ten children to Refugio and Micaela Jacobo and has future aspirations of being the most inspiring teacher.
Jacobo's cross country idol is good friend and former Dalton State Cross Country athlete Emily Poole.

2016-17:
- 9th individually at SSAC Championships
- SSAC All-Academic Team (Cross Country/Track & Field)
- SSAC All-Conference Team (Cross Country)
- 2nd Team All-Conference (1500M) (Track)
- 3rd Team All-Conference (5000M) (Track)
- Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete
2015:
- Took a medical redshirt due to a torn ACL.Â
