CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Dalton State's women's track and field team wrapped up a challenging series of events at the Lee University Track Complex during the Lee Invitational on Friday and Saturday. The Lady Roadrunners competed in a broad range of disciplines, displaying notable performances in both racing and field events.

RECAP
Among the standout athletes was Kylie Gray, who placed 31st in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:17.15 and 14th in the 5000-meter run, clocking in at 18:55.22. Lexi Lyon also captured attention by securing 35th in the 1500-meter run and a commendable 4th place in the 3000-meter Steeplechase.
 
In the sprints, Sara Collins demonstrated competitive spirit with a 28th-place finish in the 100-meter dash and 22nd in the 400-meter dash.

Field events saw impressive efforts as well, with Emily Lane achieving 4th place in the Discus Throw and Kaylee Johnson placing 13th in the Shot Put and 14th in the Discus Throw.
